Sunroom costings

Any ideas on cost psf/psm to have a sunroom with tiled roof built ? Incorporating making french doors from existing window to diningroom, timber floors and moving kitchen into current dining area. Appreciated tWoody

We just did one.

22.5" wide and 12" long. 2 breakthrus from dining room and kitchen. Tiled hibbed roof with 3 Velux, 10 down lighters internally and 4 external on soffit, 4 new radiators, 2 in sunroom, 2 replacing ones moved during breakthru, usual elec points and light switches, plastered contoured internal ceiling, walk out to new deck from new patio doors, also we put down about 79 SqM of solid Oak floor.

Very pleased with company. PM me if you want more info.

If just putting solid floor in new sunroom our costs worked out at about €138 per sf for whole job.
