My girlfriend has found herself in a sticky situation needing to stay in Ireland for 3 or 4 weeks longer than anticipated before going abroad to study (shes not from Ireland herself so no family here and her own are.....uncooperative!) but has finished the job she held all summer with no chance of getting it back. Can anyone suggest possible avenues to make enough money just to hang around for these few weeks, I was thinking myself of promotional work or other casual work where her short stay isn't important, but I'd really appreciate any ideas (apart from the obvious ha ha suggestions, but feel free to amuse yourselves :-)

    thanks

p.s. work in the Dublin city area

If she has any childcare experience then she should try a few of the agencies as most of them (I think!) do temp. jobs of a few days to a few weeks in duration.

I know Childminders on Kildare St does and so does Nanny Solutions. HTH!
