Lending more credence to the statement "Jamie Gold is a cocktard"

Lending more credence to the fact that you shouldn't trust random internet articles written by people that can't even speak English properly.

Just reading the article does it say if we win a seat at a major tourney in the states through say poker stars we could be arrested?

They're having a right old gossip about all this on NVG on 2+2.

I do not think he even needs that money. He'll probably get another contract for some online poker room worth really good money. And I know online poker rooms pay poker players for each minute on national TV really good money, I know one that pays $500 a minute. The final table lasted 14 hours that's 840 minutes so he would get paid $420,000 just for final table:-)

    Source??

Also have you heard that Mr. Gold has already signed a 2 year exclusive deal with Bodog, so exactly how do you think he's just going to go and find another site to sponsor.

And another point to add, do you really think another site would want to sign him with all this hanging over his head??

EDIT: Also even if these figures are correct (which they might be - seems plausible - for someone like Negreanu, Raymer or Hellmuth) I'd bet it's only $500 per "Televised minute"

$4 million after taxes. Surely not enough to get out of bed for? :D
