NTL speed change request

    Due to ongoing problems @ 3Mbps I asked to be downgraded to 2Mbps about 24 hours ago. Previous requests like this have gone through pretty much immediately but the modem is still running at 3Mbps. Has anybody made such a request recently and, if so, how long did it take.

    Before I go on hold for another 20 mins ...

    Agent says that it takes a couple of days to go through just in case anyone's interested.
