Think you might have posted the wrong link there. That one's a bit sick.

Looks like he touched the croc's tongue, triggering its bite reflex.
There's another video out there of a guy doing something similar with an alligator, only he was putting his head in its mouth. Sweat dripped off his forehead causing the same result. He survived, by the way, it was only a little alligator.

    Anyhow, back on topic-
Drag racing can be dangerous if your dress is too tight, or your heels are too high.
It also depends on who's chasing you, and what they plan to do with you when they catch you.

    No comment!

    Excellent video too.

Every petrolhead owes it to themselves to get to a (motorsport!) drag race meeting at least once in their lifetime.
The sheer noise and spectacle is impossible to capture on video.
Over this side of the Atlantic, it doesn't get much better than Santa Pod Raceway.

The European Finals 2006 are on there in a few weeks time, if anyone is looking for a fantastic way to pass a weekend.
    Take ear plugs!

I'd say yes,it's hard to believe that most of crashes didn't kill the driver,or did they?

    Well,it was only a theoretical question :)
I participated myself in a good few (only in legaly organized) events.
My opinion is it gets a little bit risky when the 1/4 mile trap speed reaches the 190-200 km/h.

Here's ony of my mates race (1.3GTI Swift turbo,he is running in the middle 11s with 200km/h  ) :

He had a rear shock absorber failure, but he managed to catch the car :)
