A friend of mine is moving back from uk lock stock and barrel but wants to keep their uk sub to sky. At the moment they use a UK credit card but have now got an irish cc. So can they change sub to irish card and just continue as normal???

If so how as I thought the cc is matched to billing address and will show up as 2 different addresses when sky run a check?

    thanks

    gb--

I've been paying for an Irish sub on a UK credit card with no problems for the last three years. I dont thing sky care where the money comes from just as long as they get it.

thanks for that, is it a case of ringing sky cs and giving them the new details??

I have a UK Sky+ Sub here in Dublin. I pay with my Irish CC and I never any problems. Just make sure you use your UK address. The Sub address & CC address do not have to match up. All you have to do is phone in the new CC number/expiry.

Same here, I have Scots sub, but pay with Irish CC, no problems.

In fact, I don't think they ask for the address of the CC, just the name on the card (and the numbers of course :))
