Setting up Company to buy spanish property

I have heard that by setting up a company and purchasing a spanish property in the company name it entitles you to reclaim the 7% VAT . Was wondering if anyone has done this before ? Is there much to it ? does it cost much ? any drawbacks etc ? All advice and guidance is welcome thanks
