Just to let people know that Tuf 4 started on Bravo over the weekend….it kinda snuck past me until I got home last night with just enough time to
    Watch the fight.

To be honest it seems to be decent, no garbage, just pro fighter training and fighting….and the difference in levels between these guys and the normal
TUF show participants is obviously huge…..last nights fight was very good tbh.

matt Serra was excellent last night, really good coaching and simple tips.

Shonie Carter is one annoying guy, but after over 200 fights I suppose he's allowed to be. As for Clementi, he was very close to the win, but the complaining when beaten is always a turn off.

    Show looks promising to me.

Yeah. Serra was legend, just a really good guy, really into having his Team mates train hard and do well, the kind of guy you want to do fight prep with basically. And such a vocal corner man as well....he couldn't have helped more if he was in the cage!!!!

As for Clementi, he was very close to the win, but the complaining when beaten is always a turn off.

I thought he was pretty humble with his lose actually.....he said he could only blame himself and he could have fought harder.....but if you could have fought harder then why didn't you???? That would be my question for him!

The mistake he made was not taking it to Shonnie in the first....he was NEVER gonna submit Carter....he should have watched Carter Vs Serra and thought "**** it.....i better knock the dude out." Carter was landing shots and Rich was smiling at him.....he had nothing to fear on his feet that i could see....he was blocking the high kicks, took one good kick to the body.....he should have punished Shonnie in the first because he settled far quicker than Shonnie did, and didn't use that to his advantage.

Its on tonight at 11.00 on bravo for anyone interested. Presume its the next episode rather than a repeat.
Seems to make better viewing when you know the fighters from the start. enjoy

Should be an awesome season because these guys are already proven fighters since they have UFC experience. The fights are going to be better and more brutal!

Yeah, it's a good show, very much different. I hope to see more focus on GSP and RC and the other guy just to see what they're about.

I think a lot of the competitors are like the head coach in their own gyms so don't need a WHOLE lot of tuition.

Whatever happens, Matt Serra won't find it difficult to find work as a coach.
