Im just after buying my first Nintendo DS WiFi game (Metroid Hunters) and I want to play it online. I don't have a wireless router. I checked out the Nintendo Wireless USB key in the local shop, 50 euros for USB key! Pffffffff!

I have heard that the DS uses bluetooth for it's wireless transmissions. I own a USB bluetooth key. So here is my question, can I produce internet signals of some sort from my bluetooth USB key? It's possible that the DS would pick up these signals as if I was in a wireless hotspot, right? An app or anything else would be a great help on me and my college fund. I cant be dishing out pennies on a 50 euro USB in fairness! ;)

DS doesn't have bluetooth. So it's wi-fi or nothing I'm afraid.
