70's/80's This guy is an astronaught, he was doing a spacewalk when the sun came over the horizon of the earth and the flash of radiation or something altered him. back on earth he has to wear these tinted glasses, when he takes them off his body accelerates and he can get sick, but a by-product is he can run super fast…
