Viewing Sky Statement Online

    Installed sky 2 months ago and still can't view my statement Interactive>>Sky Customer Service>>Sky Statement
    Called customer services a dozen times and they say to wait as maybe my account is being updated! It surely can't take so long!?
    Everytime I try doing the above the small clock like thing takes about 2 rounds and then the screen freezes! :confused:
    Any idea what is wrong and how I can fix this!?
    It's the latest Thomson box :(

    Do you need the box connected to phone line for this facility to work.
    Why not call Sky and tell them you want paper statements posted to you.

    I've done that!(asked for paper statements!) but seems my Sky Box isn't working well so wanted to know how to check it or else I might have to ask sky to replace it! Even Sky Active doesn't work...
