D-Link DVG-G1402S VOIP SIP Router wireless

VoIP noob here, thinking of dropping Eircom and using my NTL broadband for VoIP.

Currently have the 250 modem with a Netgear wireless router off it. Now am I correct in assuming that the piece of kit above (the D-Link yolk) could replace my Netgear i.e. that it has the wireless router piece with the firewall etc. plus the VoIP bit I need to plug my standard cordless phone into?

Alternatively if I get the slightly cheaper non-wireless D-Link DVG-1402S VOIP SIP Router, I guess I still need my Netgear for the wireless bit?

Finally if I get the non-wireless one, which is also a router, how do I connect these? Would it be:

NTL 250 modem ---> VoIP router ---> Netgear wireless router

or

NTL 250 modem ---> Netgear wireless router ---> VoIP router?

Can you connect two routers together, and disable the "routing" function on one of them? (Would they conflict otherwise?)

You can probably just use the LAN ports of the netgear, and use it as a wireless access point, rather than a router.

But you'd be better off buying the "all in one" device, and selling the Netgear on buyandsell.ie or adverts.ie- you'll probaby save the difference in electricty usage alone by only having one device plugged in anyway.
