just looks like spam. They don't even mention the name of the company. Also, most companies now will start a letter "Dear (insert name)". Not dear customer.
Never try to download an attatchment from a mail like that.

    Looks like someone's gone phishing:

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Phishing

I did my thesis for my masters degree on these types of emails. If there is any type of a link in the email it will redirect you to a bogus website that is an exact copy of ebay, amazon citibank etc looking to get your credit card details. Just delete it. As a rule never click on a link in a email claiming to be from any of these big sites (Amazon ebay etc) and enter any type of personal details, always type the URL into your browser yourself to be sure you are on a legitimate site.

If you ever get one of these emails and want to test if it is fake, click on the link and enter fake CC details, like joe bloggs 1234 2345 1234 1234, and presto it lets you log in. Be careful out there!

You know, sometimes I get a little annoyed,
I just go to the site they have provide and just enter rude details..
Anyone does that just to spike them back..?

You may want to Google "Circuit City" homepage (the real one that is quite large in the States) and share this with them. Rest assured they will be very aggressive in going after them. They will more than likely share it also with the FBI that has a large Internet fraud unit.
