    Hi Alan,

not sure if these are going to be advanced enough for you but we're starting a series of new courses on Photoshop in October. They will take place over either 4 Monday nights or 1 Saturday.

    They are:

Black and White Photography for the Digital Photographer
Shows how to use RAW, LAB and Photoshop to create 'film like' black and white images

Digital Photography Workflow - From Camera to Photoshop
Using RAW, Jpeg and Photoshop to get the best out of your images from the moment of capture to the final print

    Photoshop for the Digital Photographer
Covers all the techniques in Photoshop to ensure your digital images print as they should

Details are still being finalised as we speak but you can get more details on http://www.digitalbeginners.ie/digitalphotocourses.htm

no offence DigitalBeginner, but every one of your posts involves you trying to pimp your courses. While I'm sure that they are very good courses, this is marked as a 'Not for Sale' forum and from what I can see, what you are doing is no different than trying to flog camera gear...
Mods, can you look into this?

To be fair to digitalbeginner, he usually only mentions his courses when someone asks for information on courses.

i also find digitalbeginers posts informative , and not only "sales oriented"

actually, just wondering is there any standardised certification available for photoshop at any level?

I've been looking for a super-advanced photoshop course for a while, can't seem to find one.

It'd be worse if db was starting threads specifically to pimp courses, that'd be spamming of course. This isn't bothering me too much at the moment, it's more falling under the guise of giving helpful information than out and out pimping. The way I see it currently though, it is walking a fine line between being helpful and getting free advertising. If spamming starts (and I'm pretty sure it won't), there will be more to be said on the matter.
