    hi folks

i got an interview for a job coming up soon which really appeals to me, its a grad design eng role, i have alot of experience (4 yrs+) in test/debug jobs and just done a degree in ucc, so wondering is there anything i could do to improve my chances of getting this job? i dont tend to do good interviews, i am too laid back or something and always expect things to go well, (but they seldom do!). also if they ask about salary, what would i say? that the job itself and the opportunities it presents are more important than money at this stage? (but of course thats bull, lol)

    Best of luck with it.

One thing - you say you have 4 years + experience. Is this through working during Uni or a year off in between? They may question why you are applying for a grad job if you have some years "real" experience after finishing Uni. I.e. what do you want to go back to the bottom of the pile again?
