    • Background: This error indicates that the gateway could not find an authoritative DNS server for the website you are trying to access.

    They are hosting a website that i'm trying to update but arent responding to any phone or email attempts to communicate with them.

    If they are gone how can i get the website unregistered with them so i can get another crowd to host it?

    http://64.246.44.19 responds. It's a DNS issue.
    Pay them a visit?
    What "website" (domain) did you register? Is it a .ie or .com? ,etc.

    a .ie was registered with them by the person who did the initial work on the website.

    If the .ie was registered correctly then the admin contact for the domain can go direct to the IEDR to request a change, such as DNS etc.,
