No Sound

Ok I have a laptop and a pc here with no sound. Device's are functioning properly, services are running everything looks fine, nothing greyed out. Users said just stopped working?:confused:

Some system details please, make and model of laptop and PC, etc.

they might have disabled the sound in bios or even more rediculous could just have muted it..it's happened before
