    Hi all,

I know im foolish and silly and everything but could anyone please help me out here?

Im looking for a holiday departing 19th or 20th of august for one week to a nice quiet warm location, quiet is definitely very important.

Its for myself and girlfriend and we have a combined budget for holiday of about 1000-1200.

I have looked on the holiday websites and most of the holidays are gone except for ones to ibiza, canaries etc....

Anyone have any ideas? all suggestions welcome, thanks.

Apart from the obvious sites, you could always try your local travel agent.

There are quiet parts to the Canaries and Balearics too, you know! Other options include Tunisia or Morocco. You should do pretty well for that sort of budget.

Sunworld or Panorama should have Tunisia or Morocco left within your budget - the standard of hotels there are great BTW

Quiet and warm I reccomend anywhere in Sicily, Taormina is very nice and it is quiet but still has lots of nice cocktail bars and restaurants.
There is a good range of prices try topflight. Avoid Crystal Holidays - thats if you ever want to see your luggage again

Believe it or not, ibiza can be a location that can be very relaxing, I have been 4 times and have never been to a club. Look for a resort called cala llonga and i guarantee you will have a quiet holiday.

Tunisia, I have never been to, but my parents have and it can be the usual story with women, especially if you are blonde.

I've been there 3 times, so there must be something nice about the place :D

The beaches are fab - watersports are cheap. It is very quiet & most of the nightlife takes place in the hotels themselves... Santa Ponsa it ain't!!! I've either gone half board or all-inclusive which really suited us for a week of just doing absolutely nothing. We stayed in Port El Kantaoui on each trip - in the Melia El Mouradi Palace (h/b) and the Abou Sofiane and Riviera (all-incl)
