Munster to do double (only Irish team who could), Leinster knocked out in 1/4's, Ulster to fail to get out of group.

Ireland for 6n's, Ireland to be knocked out at 1/4 final, France or SA to win WC.

    Garryowen for AIL.

Lots of blood, sweat and tears....and unprecedented numbers of injuries and prematurely truncated careers due to what is a practically insane timetable for the elite players...God knows who'll be left standing at the end.

As for Ireland..another season of frustrating underachievement lies ahead i'm afraid.....

    Biarritz for European cup,

    France for 6 nations

NZ for World Cup, home advantage won't be enough for France. Ireland knocked out by NZ in quarters.

Celtic league - Munster, a good squad this year injury apart should be enough.

You wrote exactly what I was going to..except I'd have Leinster for the ML/CL..:D

Cardiff for the Magners League. Leinster for the HC final. Ireland, France & Wales to share six Nations. Ireland to go out of the WC at the semi-final stage after beating NZ in the quarters in Cardiff. Australia to win WC, again.

That Crumlinbob is something different...and the bookies would love you!
Munster for Magners, (ever the optimist) Leinster for HC. Ireland always dissapoint whwn you are set for a 6nations win and while Eddie is there they wont win the 6nations, so France again! I'd hate to see the Kiwis win the WC, I think France will win not just cause of home advantage, because they're damn good!

Magners - Ospreys to have a good tilt at it. Ulster and Leinster should be there too.

HEC - Back to France I think. Biarritz.

    6N - France.

World Cup - I really want to say other than NZ...bah. NZ.

    Ospreys - Magners

    What you taking baz ?

I'm predicting it'll be between Clontarf/Garryowen/Shannon/Cork Con for the AIL title (much the same as last year then!)

Well they got to the final last year, lost by 2 points and the majority of that team are returning.

well said -- they should also have won the final , and its about time Michaels won it !

Another prediction following seeing Today's teamsheet for the Munster/Blues clash...Magner's league..new sponsor, same second rate rugby. I'm afraid despite all the hype, the attitude aint changed. Look at the Munster pack, composed almost enitirely of (no disrespect to them) second and third choice players. Not an auspicious beginning.....

I didn't see it but it was supposed to an awful match. Munsters lineout was abysmal though O'Leary & Manning were supposed to have acquitted themselves quite well.

Connacht got an away win against Borders. I wish the IRFU would take ML more seriously as it's suffering right now with our top players missing so many matches.

True, there was only 2 points in it, but it was one of the most boring SCT finals I've seen in a few years...I mean 14-12
It took them 3 years from their first final to their next appearance and then 18 years. And most of the 88 time that lost in the final to Clongowes were back the next year but that didn't help them.

I dunno, think Belvo will have a very strong team this year from what I've seen of them (Of course it does help that Tony O'Reilly is getting them the best expertise that money can buy).
I'd say Clongowes will also get to the semi's at least, I've heard they've quite a panel !

very weak back line by Munster and alot of first team guys were on the back line. I really dont see Munster doing that well this year, They will be the team to beat and they will suddenly realise alot more teams will be trying alot more harder againist them. Also I think they will have that hunger that pushed them through alot of games last year.

Saying that Leinster do not seem to display any hunger to win the competion even if they might have the players to do so

Stade Toulousain to win European Heineken cup*

    HC - toulouse
    ML - Leinster
6N - Ireland tying with France
WC - New Zeland, with Ireland going out in the Group stages.

Most improtant of all, EOS to get sacked, Please god!

Has anyone seen this site before? Only came across it now. Shows some good stats and very good comparasions on how teams are performing in the comparing grapgh thing

Yeah, I saw that site before alright. But its a strange system of comparison. Munster were about 3rd or 4th even after they had beaten Biarritz in the HEC final. I think the French league counts for more than the Magners League too.
