    I'm looking on daft.ie and in the papers, but in the small chance someone here has a place....

    3rd yr (degree year) student looking for single/double room
    En-suite preferred
    Must be clean property
    Parking essential

    I refuse to move into student kip accom, I spent all last year cleaning up after my housemates, so I reckon i'd do better living with professionals. I like the craic, like to go out, but don't believe in coming in at 3am waking the whole house and and leaving it in a kip (Which is what happened last year in Yeats Village - never again!)
