    Hi All,

I want to replace some (4) damaged fridge freezer drawers for an Electrolux Fridge Freezer.

Anyone any suggestions for shops in Dublin where I could get my hands on some?

    Thanks

if you post the model no. on ukwhitegoods.co.uk forum or check espares.co.uk you will find what your looking for.
As I bought all of my whitegoods second hand in order to get my house up and running on a thin budget, I have found that I have needed bits and pieces for some things. My experience is that whitegood spares/parts are outrageously priced. A few wheels for the upper basket of my second hand dishwasher cost as much as the dishwasher. A door for a fridge freezer is costing half the price of a new unit.
I looked up damaged fridge drawers for myself and intended ordering for someone else and they too were a ridiculous price. Notice how delicate the drawers are? Call me cynical but I am convinced that they do this on purpose. Some whitegoods manufacturers even charge for the bloody manuals rather than put a copy online for download.

Thanks for this. I found what I was looking for on espares but it doesn't deliver to Ireland. Any ideas where I can get these in Dublin?

    Thanks

If you post on the forum that I mentioned in my last post, those lads will deliver to Ireland.

Do you have a recycling centre nearby that recycles whiter goods.

If so, go there with your broken drawer & see can you find a match from all the discarded fridge/freezers there.

Most discarded fridge/freezers have perfect drawers still in them.
