    Price is average for the spec. PC World have the equivilent spec for the same price, with the benefit that they are based locally should anything go wrong.

    Both those laptops you linked to have incredibly weak GFX which makes them useless for gaming and even a bit crap for when vista arrives.

    I would not call them bargins at all.
