Buddy has a new Perlico BB and needs it setup. It failed on a few of the tests and the line seem to be ok and so does the password.
Its a Zyxel 660-RU i think and connects through http://192.168.1.1, anyone got the exact settings for the setup page. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    Cheers
    Nuke

    What tests did it fail?

    http://www.perlico.com/support/

Try and submit a support request for modem configuration there.

Did your mate not get a manual for setting it up?
How easy is it to install Perlico Home Broadband on my computer?

Installing your broadband modem is simple and full instructions are included with your Modem. Help and support is also available on 1890 252 148 (calls charged at local rates)
    Alternatively give them a buzz

    Done and done

The manual just is the normal Zyxel manual (not very good)
Rang the support desk and the guy i was speaking too..........well might have been talking down a well. E-mailed them too and nothing in 4 days.

Its failing every thing bar the line test. The PPPoE is failing even though the User name and PAssword has been confirmed by Perlico twice and the loopback test failed also! The last one dont really matterz i think.
