Will be heading to pearl Jam gig on Wednesday week and probably into the city centre for a few pints afterwards. Im looking for hotels that are within walking distance of the city centre and arent €200 a night, something in the region of €80 per person would be suitable.

    Any ideas??

I just did a google for hotels in Dublin there and the very first site is one that will do a price comparison for you. Almost all the hotels in Dublin cost less than €80 if you're willing to share a room (not clear from your post whether you're coming with people or not).

The gig is in the point Dub13 and is sold out but I doubt that it will register with most hoteliers. If they do up their rates it will only be marginally.
