New coldsnap deck

    With coldsnap coming in on the 20th of august, standard faces a new shift. i've built this deck for the new Rav block-Coldsnap-Time Spiral format (it sucks against a lot of current standard)

    2x Scrying Sheets
    2x Mouth of Ronom
    4x Boreal Shelf
    10x Snow-Covered Island
    6x Snow-Covered Plains

    2x Adarkar Valkyrie
    2x Rimefeather Owl
    2x Court Hussar

    3x Wrath of God
    4x Rune Snag
    4x Remand
    3x Faith's Fetters
    3x Condemn
    3x Mana leak
    4x Rewind
    3x Spell Snare
    3x Compulsive Research

    Basically its a total control deck. I counter or remove everything from their early turns and use card draw from hussar, research and scrying sheets to dig for an owl or valkyrie and go in for the win. its a bit rough at the moment and was looking for thoughts on how to improve the deck.
