I've had my lip pierced for a few years. I have taken it out and the hole is fairly large and definitely noticeable. Just wondering if the hole closes after a while or will it always be this apparent.

Any advice in the closing of the piercing would be appreciated.

I had mine done for about a year, took it out at the start of the year and the holes still there.

i got my first labret done in new york, but it was off centre so i got it done again in thessaloniki. you can still see the first hole, but as beer cannot not shoot out of it any more, im presuming its healing? :D

Most people will be left with some kind of mark but the size varies from person to person. It will fade more over time tho.
