What would a typical week for a wrestler consist of?

It appears to me that they would be on the road alot so how would they have time to work out and train.

I remember reading about that on Lance Storm's site once, www.stormwrestling.com I think. He said that a lot of guys fit in some trainin the morning of a show, and generally just in between their travelling. He said he never trains when he's at home, just when he's on the road (or possibly the other way around!)

Mr Kennedy said that one of the problems about being on the road was finding a gym.

How many days a week would they be on the road?
