    Hi

Not sure if this's the correct forum but as there's lots of NTL users here will try.

I wonder if anyone else that was using the Webspace with NTL have the same problem.

I uploaded my webpage a while back using the ftp host upload.ntlworld.ie and the url I had was in the format http://homepage.ntlworld.com/1234567 when I went today to upload some changes I noticed that after I did the FTP connection the directory was empty. Also noticed that my url is still active and can view my webspace, if I change the host to upload.ntlworld.com it doesn't work as i cannot logon and also if I change the url to http://homepage.ntlworld.ie/1234567 there's nothing there.

Send a mail to NTL will see how long it takes them to reply.

    Regards

i have that problem too, but haven't contacted ntl. you can only access webspace via ftp when you're connected to ntl, and presumably upload.ntlworld.com will only accept connections from ntl uk now

What I find strange is that I was using upload.ntlworld.ie to upload my webpages but there's nothing there now.

    Hi

I solved it (but haven't said anything to NTL) I want them to give me a solution.

I went to the Ntlhell.co.uk forum put a post same as above and someone PM me and offer to FTP to upload.ntlworld.com and download them for me.

So know I have the files but haven't upload them to my .ie webspace till NTL gives me a solution.

    Regards
