Backup To NAS

I have a NAS drive connected to my home network, and I'm looking for a program that will basically backup folders on my pcs to the nas volume for security. The only thing is I just want the folders copied and then updated whenever neccessary, not compressed or anything, so I can access them via FTP through the NAS server.
