    looking for bassist to complete band 2 guitarists and drummer in place, gigs waiting, playing all originals, yours too if they're good enough, rehearse on the northside of dublin, age 18-23, into beatles, kinks, foo fighters, oasis, nirvana, stone roses and more, at least 2 years experience playing bass, pm here for details check out www.myspace.com/northernsunband cheers

    id do it but im not good enough for ye :rolleyes: hahaha 2 years playing experience...you know bands should advertise 'must be able to play one song off primus sailing the seas of cheese' when looking for a bassist. for example ive been playing 1 year, i can play any flea bassline, any les claypool bassline and im working on serveral victor wooten lines. while i also know a guy who has been playing bass for 4 years and struggles with nirvana still...sooooooooo i dont think hed be suited to your requirements now would he?

    yeah, im interested but im only 16! is that a problem?? good bass player though. lots of experiance!

    What a waste of a message and read my post again it says if your songs are good enough not if you can play les ****in claypool whoever the **** he is and how come you say you have 2 years playing experience and then you say you only been playing for a year soooooooooo engage your brain before you engage your keyboard and dont be wasting my time

    *points out the AT LEAST TWO YEARS EXPERIENCE PLAYING BASS* maybe you should read your own posts before you start telling me to engage my brain ;) gotta say though i laughed pretty hardy at "les ****in claypool whoever the **** he is" and "how come you say you have 2 years playing experience and then you say you only been playing for a year" good luck with finding any sort of compitant musician :D
