I connected broadband onto my GFs computer yesterday and it was working fine all day yesterday and this morning. But now its gone down and cannot find server the last few hours. Anyone any ideas?

Its in Fettercairn in Talllaght, the DSL is on on the modem so its getting a signal (its connected from the phone line).

I tried a system restore, AVG firewall is ok not blocking it and all the settings look ok.

    Any ideas?

Would I be right in guessing you're broadband is with BT???

Just turn off the modem, leave it for a few and then turn it back on, it should work
