I suppose you'd want to be thinking about how to sell yourself as a valuable upright member of the community.

What teams/events/organisation have you been invovled with in the community?

Do you know a typical week for a young guard?

Do you know what the training initially entails?

    How long between promotions?

    Opportunities to travel?

...I'm no expert on guards... but that would be general job interview questions that you should ask to show how interested and up for it you are.

You could try reading the 114 page 2,277 post thread which will probably cover most of what you want.

No real need to start a new thread.

I had my interview last august and joined last nov. The best advice I can give you is to go back over the form you filled in and think of a few different situations for each heading. The interview is based on that form so the more relevant examples you have for each the better. Good luck.

Don't turn up on time....arrive 20 minutes late smelling of drink.
Tell them that you had to deal with some young fella speeding in the car park.
When the ask you something look all confused for about 2 minutes then get thick and say....look who called who here!!!!!
