Haven't stopped doing them just my progress on getting them done has started to approach zero. I fully intend on getting the DVD's on the (virtual) shelves ASAP and I have made this a priority so look for releases soon.

You ever do a bungee jump? And 5 minutes after doing it they have a DVD of it pressed for you to purchase and take home?

The matter of being financially viable came up at the last mma league (there being only 33 entrants). It would be great if Mark had 2/3 camera guys with laptops and HD handy cams. They record the matches. And when Match A is finished, Camera guy B takes over and starts filming. MEanwhile Camera guy A goes to the PC, transfers the video files, and burns the cd/dvd twice and whacks it in a case. Later on, fighter a and b may wish to spend a fiver/10er purchasing their fights.

Personally, I don't really want the whole event, I want my own fight, wouldnt mind seeing a couple of others. I think 33 ppl are more likely to spend 5euro on a disc with just their fights on it rather than 25 on the whole event.

It could be further streamlined by adding the option of a dvd of your match to the entrance form so one could organise exactly which fights needed to be recorded etc.

So obviously it requires a couple of volunteers and some cameras and laptops and a stack of discs....just an idea.

Its actually not a bad idea at all, something for me to think about! Anyone else have an opinion on that?

It will also help prevent pirating as one person will only have a couple of fights rather than them all.

I'm really only interested in seeing my own matches. Like most people I probably saw the other fights already, and to be honest am not that interested in seeing them again.

Well I'd contribute to that pool. Its quite a nifty idea really. Mind you, while my editting skills are quite good, my time to do them is limited!!!

I would definitely want the whole thing. It's not like I'd sit down and watch it from start to end, but I like to have them as a reference. Handy when a name pops up and you need to watch some footage of them.

I'm with Clive on this though I think both options would be the way to go, if it was workable.
I think you'd certainly get more people buying their own fights for a fiver but the whole event is handy to have for referrence in case you want to do some research on someone you might wind up fighting at a higher level later on.
