    Does anyone out there know of any school teaching mma fighting. I'm in the limerick area but would not mind if I had to travel to any nearby town...

    Tim "MMA Superstar" Murphy runs a great club in UL and posts here.

    Ger Healy also has a club somewhere round those parts.

    I'm sure they'll both be on this thread soon like limerickmen to a free knife giveaway.

    while Mike carrol's Waza Kai is not strictly an mma class, some of his lads have done very well in the mma leagues, and the classes themselves are excellent.
    he is in 4 Pery Square, centre of limerick
