So who's all gonna watch this show tonight?

How big a file do ya think it would be to record the whole show considering it'll probably be 10+ hours (minus hole cards) h9yboredom.gif

I thought when stuff was streamed (think thats the word) there was no file size issues, a bit like listening to the radio on the internet. The way this tournament has gone it could be like 2004 and all be over in about 5 hours.

Cardplayer last year did a radio broadcast, are they doing the same this year?

i think sirius satellite radio in the US which is a subscription based radio network has the rights for radio broadcast...dont know if cardplayer will because of this

I imagine they will,(last years show was excellent) they might do the radio show in conjunction with the web broadcast

EDIT: just seens washouts post, eitherway im sure Cardplayer will repeat something similar to last year

all depends on the quality, the better the quaity you want the more space...for 10 hours it would be pretty big quick guestimate i'd say about 5GB

Yeh was thinkin it would be in around that size. Though the fact that its going to to be Pay Per View it may be hard to record it. It may well be encrypted like Sky or that.

Might have to get software that deals with recording "streamed" video

    EDIT: Just discovered WM Recorder....sorted
