    Exactly what it says on the tin.

    After posting here looking for any available slots in premanent rehearsal spaces
    in dublin and not having any luck, iv decided to go ahead and lease my own premises.

    What I need now is bands to share it with.

    Im looking for serious dedicated bands, willing to pay monthly rent and
    assume responsibility of the place.
