Looking for an all in one printer, scanner and fax. Printer needs to be good enough for photo's so the office one's are probably no good. Would prefer fax built in but if it's only fax softeware with it thats fine.

    Thanks

I have one of these. All-in-one incl. fax.
    http://configure.euro.dell.com/dellstore/config.aspx?c=ie&cs=iedhs1&kc=305&l=en&oc=964&s=dhs&sbc=print_964
€199.89 atm but was €124 when I bought it:p but it's still good value imho and excellent print quality. Having to get to the ink from Dell is the only pain though.
This one from Komplett is a very good printer aswell but doesn't include fax.

I have tried a HP all in one, on trial here in our office and it was desperate. Ther paper feed was unable to print more than a few sheets at a time and it would jam, and the cost of ink was shocking.

Also had a slightly older version of the cannon mf and found the software to be very glitchy.

IMO, get a seperate scanner and printer.

I'm just about to get the Canon MP500 on pixmania.com:

    http://www.pixmania.com/ie/uk/153646/art/canon/pixma-mp500-multifunction.html

E176.90 including shipping to Ireland. Got great reviews. Really nice features like duplexing and printing to cds/dvds.
Low running costs on original cartridges, though difficult to refill / use generics, so if your going to be doing a lot of printing you should look carefully at the running costs on whatever you go for.

Also you can get E6 off if your order totals over E200 with the code googleie6.

I've always used HP printers and found them very good but all the reviews I've read are bad...I have an epson scanner and I hate it!! Just find the software very slow and the scanner slow and noisey.
The Cannon MP 500 looks very good but I'd like to hear from someone that has one..
    Thanks for all the replies
