there was a program on nearly 10 years ago that I watched a lot but can't remember the name of. It was set in Austrailia (or atleast that nationality of most of the cast). there were these guys who wore electrical suits, they had a name but that I also can't remember, what I do remember was that to use the suit you rubbed the cuffs off each other and that produced a throwable bolt of electricity. does anyone know this show?

Ah I know it! Was there a child on it who was the emperor? To google!

EDIT: I think Spellbinder is the name of it, and there was also Spellbinder 2:Dragonlord.
