I wouldn't bother going if you're not a libs/bs/dpt fan to be honest ! Are ya? Also the clash with maximo park really sucks! I'd say a lot of ppl who like indie are into both babyshambles and maximo park and a lot of people are gonna be pissed off about this! I am anyway!! :(

tbh i've never really heard them don't even know the abbreviations, but i'm more of a person who will judge how good a band is based on their live performance.

You should make a trip to Carlow then. They are playing there the next night. It'll be class.

Ok thats fair enough I suppose, all I will say is you will probably enjoy the gig much more if you know some of the tunes. Some of the best babyshambles songs are
    -Killamangiro
    -Pipedown
    -Loyalty Song
    -Back From The Dead
    -F**k Forever

and if you want to check out libertines (petes old band) too, some of their good songs are
    -Last Post On The Bugle
-The Man Who Would Be King
    -Vertigo
    -Death On The Stairs
    -What Katie Did

you can get live videos for most of those songs on http://www.youtube.com/

    ;)

Yeah I saw them playing in TMF in April, was a brill gig, but its just the hassle of travelling down and back from Dublin, then finding somewhere to stay down there :(
