You could try Cathedral Stamps on Cathedral Street, (upstairs) just off O'Connell Street. They sell stamps, so they may be able to give you a quote, or maybe point you in the right direction. I've used them before for buying stamps in the past and they seem good. Their number is 01-8786384.

Alternatively you could check out http://www.irelandstamps.com
This crowd buy and sell stamps and maybe be able to give you a quotation.
