    I've bought stuff from Australian sites and it's generally not much more than a week for delivery and it can be less than a week (although I haven't bought from that lot .. yet!)

    Our DVD's are Region 4 and PAL, unless otherwise stated.

    Wont play here unless you have a multi-region dvd player as Europe is Region 2

    In fairness there aren't many people still using region 2 specific machines. Plus, even if they are, they can be unlocked easily in most cases. Even the cheapest of players these days are multi region.
