I just wondering if there is anything i should be wary of if i buy a laptop from america. Is import tax hefty on items around 1400$ / £730? will it definetly work over here? all going well i should save myself a good £300 even with a large import tax.

import tax (cant remember how much) and vat too! watch out for the different voltages too
