Out of interest, in national indoor competitions do all archers shoot on 3-spots (like at the national championships in March this year) or are some shot on regular 40cm targets.

Also, just a confirmation, at the IVs do compounds shoot on the long 3-spots, vegas 3-spots or do they have a choice?

More and more people are shooting on the 3 spot targets at national level.

For compound in the IV's its up to the archer or club hosting to decide which one they use. I prefer the long 3 spot over the vegas target.

Cool, I'm training on the vertical 3-spots and was hoping I could shoot on them at IVs instead of getting a few vegas ones to train with.
