Hi Frankie, Dave heads up the Sayoc Kali training group in Ireland we have sessions in Galway, Kilkenny and Dublin. The group outside of Galway meets up every 6 weeks or so, and theres at least 1 class a week in Galway. Anyone is more than welcome to come along just PM myself or Dave for details. If your not based in Galway it's a good idea to get a training partner to train with you when you can't tran with us and for both of you to attend the training group sessions. There's a session this sunday in Kilkenny, if your interested pm us for directions.

Next one in Dublin will hopefully be in 6 weeks or so, we chose to run them in Kilkenny mostly cause it was handy for everyone to get to, including the lads from Dublin, which meant everyone in the group trained togther on a regular basis, but if there is enough interest in Dublin then we're not opposed to holding it there or even starting up another training group, but you'd want at least 8 guys for that.
