Do you know the name of the saved file? Will it show up using search?

It's a hidden folder. Set explorer to view hidden files and folders and you'll be able to view it. (In Windows Explorer, Tools->folder Options->View. Change Hidden Files and Folders to "show hidden files and folders").

    C:\Documents and Settings\USERNAME\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5

Stick that in the address bar replacing username with the actual username ;)
