    Not sure where the post this one....

    Along with the usual jelly fish there were thousands of this thingies washed up on lahinch beach. Any idea what it is?

    havent a clue! it looks like a number of mussels attached to a piece of coral! im gonna keep an eye on this thread to see what it is!

    No idea either ...but saw lots of them on Connemara beaches over the weekend.

    Never seen them before anywhere

    try posting on nature birdwatching section as they maybe able to answer... there are some gooseneck barnacles on that post.. but yours dont look like the one posted have a look anyway...
