Laptop Hard Disk Help

I have a dell inspiron 9100 and need to replace the hard disk, komplett recommend this one http://www.komplett.co.uk/k/ki.asp?sku=301726 can anyone confirm this will work ok as I am not very knowledgable hardware wise!
