You could try jap parts in ashbourne, 018351740, I thought the corona was a import from japan, didn't know they were sold in europe. That crowd cover most of the imports, you never know they could have some stock for it.

There is a guy in (Navan?) bringing in classic japanese cars (from japan!). I think his name is Tom Mee (or Lee?). He may be able to source parts for you.

Also, look up the Toyota Enthusiasts Club (Google). It has a good few Irish members.

The Corona was sold here in the mid/late seventies. I remember a white one in Terenure used as a daily driver well into the early nineties.

on the back page of a recent Auto Trader there is a company selling a I969 Toyota Corona japanese import for i think 8,000 euros. It has a low mileage and finished in White.

Hi there, only getting a chance to look at all the recent posts. I'll ask an obvious question - have you checked with your local Toyota dealer?? They will be as helpful as they can esp if you bring in all the details, codes etc off your VIN plate in the engine bay. If not check out URL="http://www.toyotaenthusiasts.com"]http://www.toyotaenthusiasts.com[/URL]. They have listed a company Japarts.co.uk which up to recently had a complete database of older Jap car parts. They have changed their website recently so you might gain more by giving them a call. Also if you sign up to the Forum on TEC you may well get in contact with fellow corona owners in the UK who may be able to help out more. The best of luck with your rare machine;)
