I don't think so as the PVR take the mpeg2 stream directly from the satellite feed and writes it to the disc. However, depending on the maker of the PVR there might be the possiblity to using scart as feed (but this need to be put through a mpeg2 decode as the signal is analoge). You really need to check the spec.
