Villian is uber aggressive, and doubled through a few hands back on a lucky 3 outer

Holdem No Limit - $0.5 BB

    SB ($22.66)
    BB ($54.65)
    UTG ($90.90)
    MP ($105.86) [deadparrot]
    CO ($21.91)
    Button ($11.21)

deadparrot is MP with Js, Qh
    Preflop: (6 players, $0.75)
UTG calls $0.50, deadparrot calls $0.50 and raises $1, CO calls $1.50, Button calls $1.50, SB calls $1.25, BB folds, UTG calls $1

    Flop: 6d, Jc, 4s (5 players, $8)
SB checks, UTG bets $4, deadparrot calls $4, 3 folds

    Turn: Qs (2 players, $16)
UTG bets $4, deadparrot calls $4 and raises $8, UTG calls $8 and raises $8, deadparrot calls $8

    River: 2h (2 players, $56)
UTG bets $65.40 and is All-In

    Hero?

    defo fold for me

5 players see the flop. Its a set he has, 44 to be precise.

The min 3-bet on the turn is kind of scary but against a notably aggressive player I'd have to call this because he probably plays 2-pair the same way. Also does he really lead out on the flop with a set? I'd normally expect him to let you bet it and try and get other callers involved before he springs his trap.

As an aside I don't think you should normally raise pre-flop with QJo in that position. Look at what happens when you go to the flop - you're playing a raised pot with QJo and 2 players have position on you. Not a great spot.

at 25/.50 i definately call here. I'd raise more when u hit the Q on the turn. Villian could have J6 J4 but by you posting here i'm pretty sure you called and he had a set.

JQ is usually a hand i'll dump in MP because if you raise and are called you're not ahead of many hands and when the board plonks a J or Q its tough to get away from it.

IF villian is as aggressive as you say then it definately has to be a call on the river. If he has 3 5 or a set then you have to pay him off because the majority of times 2 pair will be good against this type of villian

To be honest, my head was up my @rse preflop, Im still new to cash games and I dunno if that was a tourney style rob the blinds move or and action junkie move
